Coordinated Fitness is an Exercise Physiology clinic based in Greenslopes we have been operating for over 23years and work with many local doctor surgeries and specialists. We have been supporting individuals and families across Brisbane's south-east in our Greenslopes facility for over 7 years to move safely, build strength, and improve long-term health. We specialise in personalised, clinically guided exercise programs for people living with chronic health conditions, injuries, and age-related changes.

What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise Physiology is a clinical allied-health service that uses individualised exercise to prevent, manage and treat a wide range of health conditions. Exercise Physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities to improve physical function, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based movement.

At Coordinated Fitness, exercise is never generic. Every program is designed specifically for your health history, goals, and current abilities. Our Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified and accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia and follow current clinical guidelines.

Our Story

Coordinated Fitness was opened by Tanya Barnett in 2003 and built on the belief that exercise should be safe, personalised, and inclusive, particularly for people who may feel unsure or overwhelmed by traditional gym environments.

Over the years, our clinic has grown into a community-focused allied-health practice, where clients are known by name and supported by qualified professionals who genuinely care about their health journey.

What began as a passion for helping individuals move better has grown into a trusted clinic supporting people of all ages and abilities across Greenslopes and surrounding suburbs.
