1 on 1 Exercise Physiology Sessions

Personalised Support to Reach Your Health Goals Faster

At Coordinated Fitness, our 1 on 1 Exercise Physiology sessions provide individualised, clinically guided exercise support for people who need extra supervision, personalised attention, or faster progress toward their health goals. These private sessions are delivered by university-qualified Exercise Physiologists and are tailored specifically to your health condition, abilities, and goals.

What Are 1 on 1 Exercise Physiology Sessions?

1 on 1 Exercise Physiology sessions involve individual appointments with an Exercise Physiologist who designs, supervises, and progresses your exercise program specifically for you.

Unlike general gym or group exercise, these sessions focus on:

  • Your medical history and health conditions
  • Your current strength, mobility, and confidence levels
  • Safe and effective exercise prescription
  • Close supervision and real-time feedback

This ensures exercise is appropriate, targeted, and clinically safe.

1 on 1 Exercise Physiology sessions are ideal for people who:

  • Have complex or multiple health conditions
  • Are managing conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, Parkinson's disease, or heart conditions
  • Are recovering from injury or surgery
  • Have pain, balance issues, or a higher risk of falls
  • Feel unsure or anxious about exercising
  • Want extra support to progress more efficiently
  • Want to reach their health goals as safely and quickly as possible

Why 1 on 1 Exercise Physiology Helps You Progress Faster

1 on 1 sessions allow your Exercise Physiologist to focus entirely on you.

This means:

  • Exercises are selected specifically for your needs
  • Technique is corrected immediately
  • Progressions are adjusted in real time
  • Programs can be modified session-by-session
  • Barriers to progress are identified early

This level of individualisation often results in faster improvements in strength, mobility, confidence, and function, particularly for people who require additional support.
