
Get Started Program
Our Get Started Program has been running for over 5 years and has helped so many people take their first step into exercise – and continue long term – at Coordinated Fitness.
This program was created for people who may feel unsure where to start, lack confidence with exercise, or want professional guidance in a supportive and welcoming environment. Many of our long-term members began their journey through the Get Started Program.
What the program includes:
- Initial one-on-one assessment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- 10 supervised exercise sessions, tailored to your health needs, goals, and ability
- Final review session to assess progress and plan your next steps
Throughout the program, exercises are individualised, closely supervised, and progressed at the right pace for you. Our team focuses on building strength, improving mobility, increasing confidence, and helping you feel comfortable exercising in a gym environment.
