Each program is individualised based on your condition, health history, and goals, ensuring exercise is safe, effective, and aligned with your needs. Explore the conditions below to see how we can support your health and independence.

Women's Health

Our Women's Health Exercise Physiology services support women across all life stages. We provide tailored exercise programs to assist with pelvic floor strength, pregnancy and post-partum recovery, menopause, osteoporosis, chronic pain, and women's cancers. Programs are designed with care, respect, and clinical expertise to help women feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their bodies.

Chronic Pain

Living with chronic pain can be overwhelming, but the right exercise approach can make a real difference. Our Exercise Physiologists design gentle, progressive, and individualised programs to help reduce pain, improve movement, and rebuild confidence. We focus on the whole person—physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors—within a supportive environment where you feel safe to move again.

Osteoporosis

We specialise in exercise prescription for osteoporosis and osteopenia, using evidence-based strategies to safely load bone, improve strength, and reduce falls risk. Programs are tailored to the individual, taking into account bone mineral density, fracture history, posture, balance, and pelvic floor strength. Our goal is to help clients build strong, confident bodies and maintain independence.

Diabetes – Type 1 and Type 2

Exercise is a powerful tool for managing diabetes. We support people living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes through structured, supervised exercise programs designed to improve blood glucose control, strength, fitness, and overall health. Programs are individualised and can be completed one-on-one or in small supportive groups, helping clients build long-term exercise habits with confidence.

Neurological Conditions

We work with people living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and other neurological disorders. Our Exercise Physiologists prescribe targeted exercise to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and function. Programs are adapted to individual ability and progression, with a strong focus on maintaining independence and quality of life.

Arthritis

Our arthritis programs are designed to help people move with less pain and greater confidence. Through carefully prescribed strength, mobility, and low-impact exercise, we support those living with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other joint conditions. Exercise helps protect joints, improve function, and support long-term joint health in a safe, supervised environment.

Cardiovascular Health and Stroke

We support people with cardiovascular conditions and stroke through structured, evidence-based exercise programs. Exercise is prescribed to improve heart health, strength, balance, endurance, and confidence with daily activities. Programs are tailored to medical history and current ability, with close supervision to ensure safety and long-term health benefits.
