1 on 1 NDIS Exercise Physiology Sessions

1 on 1 sessions provide individualised support for participants who require closer supervision, tailored progression, or additional confidence.

These sessions are ideal for participants who:

  • Have complex or multiple needs
  • Require individual attention and pacing
  • Are new to exercise
  • Are working toward specific functional goals
  • Need additional support to exercise safely

During 1 on 1 sessions, your Exercise Physiologist will:

  • Complete a comprehensive assessment
  • Design a tailored exercise program
  • Supervise all exercises closely
  • Progress your program as capacity improves

This approach allows exercise to be delivered safely, effectively, and at a pace that suits the individual.

NDIS Group Exercise Physiology Sessions

We also offer NDIS-funded group Exercise Physiology sessions, providing participants with the benefits of professional supervision combined with social connection.

All group sessions are:

  • Fully supervised by Accredited Exercise Physiologists
  • Structured and evidence-based
  • Individually tailored within the group setting
  • Reviewed and progressed regularly

Group exercise can help participants build confidence, routine, and independence while exercising alongside others in a supportive environment.
