Claire Evans
Exercise Physiologist
About Claire
Claire has always been an avid enthusiast of exercise and physical activity, devoting a substantial amount of time to competitive swimming throughout her lifetime. By the age of 13, she competed in multiple events at a national level, juggling nine training sessions per week and competing across multiple states in Australia.
Even amidst this commitment, Claire managed two weekly resistance training sessions and contributed her spare time to her high school’s open netball team during grade 12.
Although Claire has bid farewell to her competitive swimming lifestyle, she has embraced mixed social netball and continues to lift heavy objects in the gym.
As a learn to swim instructor, Claire discovered a profound interest in helping children of all ages. Her recent clinical practicum not only deepened this commitment, but also ignited a passion for assisting individuals living with Diabetes (both Type 1 and 2), mental health conditions such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety etc. as well as bone and age-related conditions such as Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, and Osteoarthritis.
Claire is dedicated to promoting the benefits of exercise to help you reach your goals, allowing you to live longer and have a happier life.
