Exercise holds great importance in managing your diabetes. At Coordinated Fitness we run group exercise classes or 1-on-1 sessions for our patients living with Diabetes. It is recommended for individuals living with type 2 diabetes to have no more than two consecutive days of non-exercise to prevent diabetes related complications in the future.

Therefore, individuals with type 2 diabetes are highly recommended to be engaged in regular exercise at least 3 times per week. Being active is a great way to build a healthier you and start your active lifestyle. We run sessions by our Exercise Physiologists in our Greenslopes Clinic.

Type 2 Diabetes exercise programs run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

At Coordinated Fitness we run Type 2 Diabetic programs through the Medicare referral. This program is designed to kick start your health journey and aid in your Diabetes management. Our Diabetes programs are run by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and are bulk billed.

In this program you will have an assessment and then 8 x 1hr group sessions.
