Exercise holds great importance in managing your diabetes. At Coordinated Fitness we run group exercise classes or 1-on-1 sessions for our patients living with Diabetes. It is recommended for individuals living with type 2 diabetes to have no more than two consecutive days of non-exercise to prevent diabetes related complications in the future.
Therefore, individuals with type 2 diabetes are highly recommended to be engaged in regular exercise at least 3 times per week. Being active is a great way to build a healthier you and start your active lifestyle. We run sessions by our Exercise Physiologists in our Greenslopes Clinic.
