What is hydrotherapy?

Hydrotherapy is the use of water for treatment, rehabilitation, exercise, and relaxation. The unique buoyancy properties of water are utilised by Exercise Physiologists to prescribe exercises. The water makes it easier for you to complete exercises and strengthening.

The reduced load means you can increase the range of movement of joints with reduced pain.
